1. General Information

At Everything Here, we aim to provide a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Because we operate as an online-only store using CJdropshipping as our fulfillment partner, we do not handle or store any products physically.

Therefore, we do not accept any physical product returns.
All refund or resend requests are handled digitally through our support system, based on the evidence provided by the customer.

 

2. Order Delays

An order is considered delayed if it has not arrived within 45 days after being shipped from the CJdropshipping warehouse in China.

In this case, you may request:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement shipment.

Please note that packages may be held by your local post office due to address issues or unclaimed parcels. Please check with your post office before submitting a claim.

 

3. Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received

  • If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it:
  • You must provide an official non-delivery certificate issued by your local post office (with seal and signature).
  • Refunds or resends can only be processed after verification.

We cannot offer refunds for cases where the delivery failure is caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses,
  • Refusal to accept delivery, or
  • Customs clearance problems caused by the recipient.

 

4. Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.

  • For severely damaged items, we will issue a full refund or resend.
  • For minor defects (such as small scratches or wrinkles), a partial refund may be offered.

 

5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product or if parts are missing:

  • We will issue a replacement or full refund for incorrect items.
  • For missing non-essential parts, a partial refund or resend may apply.
    Please submit a photo of the received product for verification.

 

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before processing or fulfillment begins at the CJdropshipping warehouse.
Once the order has been sent to fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

7. No Physical Returns

We do not accept returned goods under any circumstances.
All cases (refunds, resends, or partial compensations) are processed digitally through our support team and CJdropshipping.

Any packages returned to the sender or to our business address will not be accepted or processed.

 

8. How to Submit a Request

To submit a claim for refund, resend, or review:

All requests will be reviewed within 1–3 business days.

Our business is registered in the Czech Republic, operating exclusively as an online intermediary through CJdropshipping.
